About Amy Hayes

Amy has been in love with houses her entire life, drawing floor plans from the time she was seven years old to helping her family build their house as a teenager to becoming a licensed Realtor at age 21. Amy has a bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Texas State University and a graduate certificate in Women's Studies from Texas Woman's University. She comes to real estate with an intuitive approach, seeking to understand her clients values and needs in order to live their best life in their home.

Amy likes pretending to host her own HGTV show and spends her free time feverishly DIY-ing her never-quite-finished home and finding the loveliest, most eclectic spaces in Austin. She wants to be like Liz Lambert and Majora Carter when she grows up. Real estate is not about numbers for Amy, but about finding home, putting down roots in a community, and addressing social inequality through accessible and affordable home ownership for all.
